Please submit a camper application before the camper deposit or registration fee. 

Tuition Refund Policy:
Sertoma Camp Endeavor as of the 2023 session has increased the total tuition to $250.00 which includes a mandatory $50.00 deposit for camper applications. The application and a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 must both be submitted to hold a spot for your camper. The required physical and the remainder of the tuition $200.00 will be due by May 1st. Any camper that does not have both the final payment and physical submitted by May 1st is subject to losing their slot at camp. If a camper should need to withdraw their application it must be done so before June 1st. Any request after June 1st will be denied due to food, materials, and other costs that will have already been allocated for your camper.

Early Pickup Policy:
Campers who leave early from camp for any reason will not be eligible for a refund (this includes campers who may be sent home due to not abiding by Sertoma Camp Endeavor's Camper Behavior Expectations). Parents will sign an early pickup form, upon arrival for pick up, to release campers back into the parent/guardian's care.
