2021 SUMMER SESSON

Dear Parent or Guardian,

 

Thank you for your interest in 2021 Sertoma Camp Endeavor. We are open to Deaf and Hard of

Hearing children, children of Deaf adults (CODAs) who are hearing, and siblings of D/HH

children. All children must be between the ages of 7 and 17. We strive to provide a safe and fun atmosphere for our campers (more on Covid-19 safety precautions below). 

 

Camp Endeavor will run for two weeks, Saturday July 11th - Saturday July 24th, 2021 with a Homegoing Weekend from July 17th - 18th.

Camper Arrival Check-in will be on Saturday July 11th, 2021 between 2:00-4:00 p.m.

Please do not arrive and expect to drop off your camper(s) any earlier than 2:00PM as we will be properly preparing for camp to open. 

 

Homegoing Weekend will begin on July 17th. CAMPERS MUST BE PICKED UP BETWEEN 9AM-11AM. If your child is unable to be picked up, you have the option to have your child stay at camp over the weekend for $80.00. This fee will be used to pay several staff members to stay and work overtime to take care of your child, as well as launder clothing and purchase meals and entertainment. 

 

Camper Return Check-in will be on Sunday July 18th, 2021 between 2:00-4:00p.m.

Please do not arrive and expect to drop off your camper(s) any earlier than 2:00PM as we will be properly preparing for camp to open. 

 

Camp will end on Saturday, July 24th with a special luncheon and a Sertoma Appreciation show at NOON. Your child may be featured in our Camp Endeavor video shown during the appreciation showcasing their to week experience at camp! Please note that this video will also be posted on our website/social media pages. We use this time to show our gratitude to those who have helped make camp happen - including the Sertoma Clubs. All parents and families are invited to attend!

 

This year, there will be a fee of $200.00 for every child.

The registration deadline is June 27th, 2021 (or until camp is full).

Payment must be received by July 4th, 2021. Please mail cash or check of $200.00, a copy of the insurance card, and the physical form to:

Your child’s CAMP PHYSICAL FORM and MEDICAL INSURANCE CARD MUST be completed by a licensed physician that verifies your Childs health and submitted to campendeavorceo@gmail.com by June 27th. Your child cannot be accepted to camp without insurance coverage.

 

If a physical form or payment is not received on time, your child may lose their spot at camp.

COVID-19/CDC GUIDELINES WILL BE FOLLOWED AND IMPLIMENATED IN CAMP. WE WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED TO RULES ISSUED AS CAMP TIME ARRIVES.
